To prepare and recommend the curriculum and syllabi for the programs.
To suggest modifications and revisions in courses in accordance with technological advancements and industry requirements.
To recommend new courses, electives, value-added courses, and laboratory components.
To review the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process and evaluation methods.
To promote research, innovation, entrepreneurship, internships, and industry collaboration.
To consider feedback from students, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders for curriculum enhancement.
To recommend measures for improving academic quality and student outcomes.
Suggest panel of names to the Academic Council for appointment of examiners.
To perform such other academic functions as may be assigned by the Academic Council.

The tenure, powers, and responsibilities of the Board of Studies shall be governed by the regulations of the institution.
