• Prepare strategic plans for infrastructural improvement.
• To scrutinize the budget submitted by the each departments and monitor the utilization of departments budget.

Grievance Redressal MechanismFunctions and Responsibilities
• To prepare relevant time tables of the College based on the Examination Time Table.
• To prepare and display an overall supervision duty list.
• To hold a pre-exam meeting to brief the members of faculty with regard to the examination procedures and the roll and responsibilities of a report shall be submitted to the Principal.
• To collect list of examiners for assessment and moderation of each subject from respective BoS Chairman.
• To ensure that the evaluation and moderation process is completed on time.
• To prepare smooth conduct of examinations, timetable schedules, invigilation duty chart, seat allotment in the Examination halls.
• To ensure that the entire exam related documents reach the Exam Cell / CEO in time.
• To conduct internal assessment examination as per academic calendar.
• To distribute mark lists to the students after the results of various examinations received from CoE / University.
• To process all circulars, guidelines, office orders and notifications received by the university
Functions and Responsibilities
• To discuss and recommend on all the matters relating to Admissions of the students at both UG & PG level.
• To provide all information related to admissions Government Quota and Management Quota to the students and parents.
• To provide information on the college website for various activities for the promotion of admission.
• To submit the list of Admissions made by the college to the concerned competent authorities.
• To coordinate admission related activities with all faculties of the institution.
• Such other activities related to admissions deemed fit by the institute.
Functions and Responsibilities
• Collecting the requirements of the text books, reference books, journals and ensuring adequate number of copies are made available in the library as per norms.
• Planning and implementing the library automation, procedures, digital library development and usage.
• Finalizing the list of books, journals, magazines and equipment to the institute as well as department libraries and propose budgetary estimates to the administration.
• Conducting annual stock verification.
Library Advisory Committee 2025-2026 -01Functions and Responsibilities
The Student Welfare Committee aims at achieving numerous objectives for improving the academic process:
• Committee helps Slow Learning Students to solve their academic, social, and psychological problems.
• Committee helps overcome educational difficulties in languages and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Committee helps develop the students’ interactive skills, such as translation, communication, and teaching skills.
• Committee Boost the students’ individuality, autonomy, and self-dependence through giving them the freedom to choose, maintain, and organize their activities of interest.
• Some students might encounter some financial problems (Fees Payment issues). The student in distress as such shall be directed to the Student Welfare, which shall in turn communicate with both the student and the department.
• A student is allowed to absent himself for more than a week for valid reasons, the student’s attendance shall be recommended to cancel out with the acknowledgement of the Principal.
• The committee also meets with the student’s parents if necessary to explicate the downsides of family disputes and their effects upon the student.
• In case the student suffers from a psychological illness, such as anxiety or depression, he will be suggested to a specialized doctor immediately.
• Recommendations and Feedback will be submitted to the authorities concerned regarding Transport, Classroom management, Drinking water, Canteen facilities, Waiting hall, etc .,
• Recommendations for activities to be made in support of Higher Education, Competitive exams, Industrial visits and Soft skills training.
• Committee facilitates students to apply various scholarships of both Central and State Governments.
Functions and Responsibilities
• The Convener of the committee shall conduct a meeting with all the members of the committee to discuss and delegate tasks.
• The Committee shall display on the Notice Board/Website information about events to be conducted like Sports day, Annual day, Fresher’s Day, Festival Celebrations etc.,
• The Extracurricular committee shall be responsible for scheduling the events, ensuring maximum possible students participation and all intra & inter collegiate cultural and Sports events in the College.
• The Committee is responsible for identifying the strong teams to represent the institute in various inter-collegiate Sports and cultural events.
• The Committee is responsible for up keep of all play grounds, Sports equipment, and to plan and monitor the infrastructural facilities related to Sports and games.
• The Convener and the members of the committee shall prepare the budget for approval.
• The Committee must submit the quarterly report regarding the adequacy and Quality of the maintenance of the facilities.
• The Committee must monitor and maintain discipline among the student players.
• The Committee must schedule all the related activities of sports and cultural events without affecting the Class/Lab/Examination work.
• The Committee has to maintain the records for all sports and cultural events of the college.

• Conduct awareness programs for students and faculty at the beginning of every academic year.
• Display anti-ragging posters, helpline numbers, and email addresses in prominent areas of the campus.
• Establish and promote a confidential reporting system for complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections in hostels, canteens, buses, and common student gathering areas.
• Investigate all reported ragging cases promptly and impartially.
• Take immediate disciplinary action against students found guilty of ragging.
• Maintain records of complaints, inquiries, and actions taken.
• Ensure strict compliance with UGC, AICTE, and government anti-ragging regulations.
• Submit periodic reports on anti-ragging measures to the management and regulatory authorities.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment for all students.
• Coordinate with faculty mentors, wardens, and student representatives for prevention measures.
• Provide counselling and support to victims of ragging.
• Encourage students to report incidents without fear of retaliation.
